My name is Chris “BEZ” Besenyoi and I am your Lead Personal Trainer at Elevation Personal Training.
I’ve been a gym rat since I was 18 with gym memberships at Goodlife Fitness, Super Fitness, Planet Fitness, Fit-4-Less, Extreme Fitness, Crunch & the YMCA.
I’ve played sports most of my life including Rugby, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Track & Field, Mixed Martial Arts and Tennis. If it were not for nagging knee injuries, I would have still been playing Rep Rugby for the Toronto Irish Rugby Football Club today.
I was considered obese since the age of 26 when real life, and injuries, prevented me from continuing my fitness endeavors. In the not-so-distant past, I was close to 260 pounds and very unhealthy dealing with ailments caused by being over weight.
I’ve tried almost every diet with none of them working accept one…and that diet hospitalized me. I went from 250 pounds to 170 in under 7 months, and almost died.
I’ve gone from being physically fit (180 pounds) to “morbidly” obese (close to 260 pounds), to “morbidly” skinny (170 pounds) to physically fit and healthy (205 current weight). I know what it’s like to not feel good about yourself…trust me.
I’ve tried every fad diet on the market over the last 20 years including a currently popular diet that almost took my life. I now know how to effectively lose weight and gain muscle mass-strength in a healthy and ideal way.
I’ve been leading a healthier lifestyle, over the past 4 years, & have lost fat (and gained muscle) despite ailments, personal turmoil and low energy levels. I can show you how its done.
