Boost Your Mood

Ever gone on a hike? Maybe played an hour of soccer with the kids? How about a day at the water park? 

Ever notice how good you feel afterward? Now take that feeling and multiply it by a factor of 5. That’s how you’ll feel after a good workout. It’s not the sweat, it’s not the lack of breath, it’s not the bulging muscles…it’s your body going into overdrive an feeling a heightened sense of awesome. Don’t believe me?…Let’s hit the gym together and I’ll prove you wrong!

Increase Energy Levels

Most people would think that the benefits of working out are the 6 pack abs, the toned arms, the lack of belly fat and the all-around good looking body…but that’s not entirely correct. The real benefit of working out is the increased energy levels and sex drive (yes you read that right). When we have energy, stuff gets done. When we work out, we gain more energy as time goes on. The more you work out, the more energy you have. What would you do with all that energy in just one day? Take over the world maybe? If you do, just remember me when your doing great things!
