Program Details
A 50 min online LIVE exercise session led by your personal trainer
Upbeat music in a medium to high volume level to aid in your energy levels and motivation.
Training with Resistance Bands of all weights.
Use of common household items (doors etc) or purchased equipment.
Exercises to train your chest, back, arms, legs and core.
Fast pace with limited rest in between exercises.
Encouragement in a respectful yet fun and "Let's work!" atmosphere.
Tips and tricks along the way.
