How it Works (Business)

Apply to become an Elevation business referral partner by filling out our online form.
Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral code to share with your clients and followers.
When a new client signs up for Elevation’s personal training services using your referral code, you will earn a commission on their purchase.
The commission rate is determined based on the volume and quality of referrals you generate.

How it Works (Personal)

Refer a friend or colleague to Elevation by using the form below or by speaking with us directly. Simply let us know the name of the person you’re referring and we’ll keep track from our end.
For every person you refer to Elevation, that signs up for any of our programs, you will receive 2 free private PT sessions ($80 value) or up to 15% commission (reoccurring if applicable).
